General Provisions

1.1 These Rules for the purchase of goods in the online store (hereinafter – the Rules) apply to orders placed with UAB “Business Group”, company code 302671321, VAT payer code LT100006426610, registered address Stiklių g. 7-17, LT-01131 Vilnius, retail store addresses: Stiklių g. 7, Vilnius; Saltoniškių g. 9, Vilnius (PLC Panorama); PLC “Mega”, Islandijos pl. 32, Kaunas. The company is registered and data is stored in the Register of Legal Entities of the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter – the Seller) via the online store www.ribas.com.

1.2 By placing an order in the online store, the Buyer confirms acceptance of these Rules and confirms their right to purchase goods in accordance with Clause 2.1 of the Rules.

1.3 The Seller has the right to involve third parties for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.

Ordering of Goods – Conclusion of the Contract

2.1 The right to purchase goods in the online store is granted to all legal entities and adult natural persons, as well as minors aged 14–18 with parental or guardian consent, except where they independently manage their own income. By confirming these Rules, the Buyer guarantees compliance with these conditions.

2.2 Upon visiting the online store, the Buyer selects desired goods, which are placed into a shopping cart.

2.3 Before confirming the shopping cart, the Buyer must ensure that the selected goods and provided data are correct.

2.4 A contract between the Buyer and the Seller is deemed concluded when the Seller sends confirmation of the order to the Buyer via email or the Buyer’s account and the Buyer completes payment. Payment is considered completed once funds are credited to the Seller’s bank account.

2.5 Each contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the online store system.

2.6 The Seller reserves the right to consider the contract not concluded if the Buyer fails to provide required delivery or product details, makes incomplete payment, or if the contract cannot be concluded for other objective reasons stated in these Rules.

2.7 The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during registration.

2.8 The Buyer must keep login credentials confidential. All actions performed using the Buyer’s credentials are deemed to have been performed by the Buyer, who bears full responsibility.

Prices and Payment

3.1 Payments in the online store are processed via the Stripe platform operated by Stripe Technology Europe Limited (registered in Ireland). Personal data required for payment processing will be transferred to Stripe.

3.2 Payments can be made using Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, and Šiaulių Bankas online banking services. Payments are processed in EUR via Stripe.

3.3 Prices displayed in the online store include VAT. Delivery costs are not included and are paid by the Buyer unless otherwise stated.

3.4 The final price, delivery cost, and estimated delivery time are specified in the confirmed order.

3.5 The Buyer pays for goods via Stripe or by entering bank card details.

3.6 The Buyer must complete payment within 2 calendar days of order confirmation. Failure to do so results in automatic cancellation of the order without additional notice.

Delivery of Goods

4.1 Goods are dispatched within 2–3 business days after full payment is received.

4.2 Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days within Lithuania and 2–7 business days internationally. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

4.3 The Seller is not liable for delayed delivery due to the Buyer’s fault or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

4.4 Goods are considered delivered once handed over to the address specified by the Buyer, regardless of the actual recipient.

4.5 If an incorrect or incomplete delivery address is provided or goods are not collected, the Buyer must cover additional return and re-shipment costs.

4.6 Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect packaging, quantity, quality, and assortment. Any visible damage must be noted upon receipt and reported to the Seller immediately.

4.7 If delivery becomes impossible for valid reasons, the Seller may offer an alternative product or refund the payment within 14 days.

Product Warranty

5.1 Product details are provided in each product description.

5.2 Visual differences due to screen settings do not constitute defects.

5.3 Product images may display more than one unit for illustrative purposes.

5.4 The Seller guarantees statutory product quality. Additional warranties may be specified in product descriptions.

5.5 Jewellery requires proper care. Scratches, oxidation, or color changes due to normal use or environmental exposure are not considered defects.

Right to Withdraw from the Contract (Consumers Only)

6.1 In accordance with Lithuanian law, pearls, gemstones, precious metals, and their products purchased in physical stores are non-returnable.

6.2 Consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt by notifying the Seller in writing.

6.3–6.6 Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable.

Defective Goods

7.1–7.6 Defects must be reported immediately. Faulty goods may be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with Lithuanian law.

Personal Data

8.1–8.10 The Seller processes personal data for order fulfillment, marketing (with consent), and legal compliance in accordance with Lithuanian and EU data protection laws.

Communication

9.1–9.4 All official communication is conducted via email or phone provided by the Buyer.

Final Provisions

10.1–10.5 The Seller may amend these Rules at any time. Lithuanian law applies. Disputes are resolved amicably or in accordance with applicable law.
