Shipping policy

RIBAS Jewellery believes that diamonds should be accessible to everyone. Therefore, within Lithuania we offer free delivery to the address of your choice or to a parcel locker most convenient for you.


Delivery of Goods

1.1 Goods are dispatched to the address specified by the Buyer within 1–3 (one to three) business days after full payment for the goods and delivery costs has been received in the Seller’s account.

1.2 Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days within Lithuania and 2–7 business days within the EU from the date of dispatch. The Seller is not responsible for delivery times performed by third parties.

1.3 The Seller shall not be liable for delayed delivery if the delay occurs due to the Buyer’s fault or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control, including but not limited to the actions or omissions of third-party delivery service providers.

1.4 Once goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer, they are deemed to have been handed over to the Buyer, regardless of whether they are received by the Buyer or any other person at the specified address. The Seller does not verify the identity of the recipient.

1.5 If the Buyer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or fails to collect the goods from the delivery service provider within the maximum storage period, the Buyer shall cover additional costs incurred by the Seller for returning and re-shipping the goods to the corrected address.

1.6 Upon delivery, the Buyer (or the Buyer’s representative) must inspect the condition of the packaging, quantity, quality (visible defects), and assortment of the goods.
If packaging damage is detected, the Buyer must note it in writing in the delivery document or refuse to accept the shipment, immediately notify the Seller, and provide photographic evidence.
If discrepancies in quantity, quality, or assortment are identified, the shipment must not be accepted.
If the shipment is accepted and signed for without remarks, it is deemed that the goods were delivered in intact packaging, in correct quantity and assortment, and without visible defects.

1.7 If, due to valid reasons or technical issues, the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered goods, the Seller undertakes to offer the Buyer an equivalent product. If the Buyer refuses the alternative, the Seller shall refund the paid amount within 30 days from the date of refusal. In such cases, the Seller shall not be held liable for non-delivery of the goods.
